Astetica Rewards Terms & Conditions



These terms govern the use of the Astetica Rewards program (“the Program”) operated by Astetica Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and our general Terms of Service.



1. Eligibility


  • The Program is available to all customers with an Astetica account.
  • Participation is free and automatic upon account creation or order placement.



2. Earning Points


  • Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible products.
  • Points are awarded after payment is completed.
  • Additional ways to earn points include:
    • Creating an account – 250 points
    • Writing a product review – 100 points
    • Following Astetica on Instagram – 50 points
    • Referring a friend – 250 points for both referrer and referee
    • Entering your birthday (if enabled) – 250 points



3. Redeeming Points


  • Points can be redeemed at checkout for money off future purchases.
  • The conversion rate is 100 points = £1.
  • You may redeem any number of points in your account at checkout.
  • There is no minimum spend required to redeem points.



4. Tiers & Multipliers


  • Your annual spend determines your membership tier:
    • Silver: £0–£999 — 1× points
    • Gold: £1,000–£2,499 — 1.25× points
    • Platinum: £2,500+ — 1.5× points
  • Tiers affect the rate at which you earn points, not the value of points when redeemed.



5. Prescription Product Exclusions


  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on prescription-only medicines (POMs) or any item requiring a prescription or medical sign-off.
  • Prescription items are also excluded from referral rewards and tier-qualifying spend.



6. Returns & Refunds


  • Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account.
  • If points were used to pay for a returned item, those points will be refunded back to your account.



7. Fraud or Misuse


  • Suspected abuse such as fake referrals, duplicate accounts, or manipulation of the system may result in disqualification and loss of points.



8. Data Use & Privacy


  • By participating in the Program, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may use your activity data to personalize your rewards experience.



9. Program Availability & Technical Issues


  • We strive to keep the Program available but are not responsible for any outages, errors, or technical issues caused by third-party services such as LoyaltyLion.



10. Points Validity


  • Points do not expire unless the Program is discontinued.
  • Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed and points forfeited.



11. Referrals


  • Referral rewards are only valid when the referred friend places a qualifying first order.
  • Self-referrals are not allowed.
  • Prescription products do not qualify for referral rewards.



12. Limitations


  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to adjust points or revoke rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or error.



13. Changes & Termination


  • We may change or end the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
